WHEN IS THE STORE OPEN?

We are open Wednesday-Saturday 10:00-6:00 and Sunday by appointment ONLY. Although walk-ins are welcome (Wed-Sat), appointments will be prioritized over walk-ins to ensure you get the full Virginia’s Daughter experience!

When Should I Start Shopping For My Dress?

We recommend you begin your search 8-12 months in advance. This allows for our designer gowns to ship in their standard 4-6 months’ time frame and an additional 2-3 months for alterations.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Each appointment is a 1 ½ hour personalized session with a private fitting area. You and your guests will have the opportunity to browse our gown selection. Our stylists are there to guide you in finding your dream gown by offering knowledge on fit, fabrics, colors, and designers while always respecting your budget and opinions. You will have the opportunity to try on as many gowns as you’d like during your appointment. And of course, we will have some surprises in store when you say YES!

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING WITH ME?

We encourage you to bring no more than 5 guests to make your appointment special and intimate in our cozy private fitting areas. If your group is larger than 5, please let us know, so that we can provide you with the appropriate space.

CAN I PURCHASE MY GOWN OFF THE RACK?

We do offer off-the-rack purchases in a time crunch. When you purchase our floor sample, you will be charged an additional $150 and the dress will be AS IS condition.

WHAT ARE YOUR SAMPLE SIZES?

All of our sample gowns range in size 8 – 24. If a sample is too big, we will clip it, and if it’s a bit snug we will insert a panel. Most of our gowns can be ordered in a size 0 – 32, but we don’t stock multiple sizes of gowns to try on.

DO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

At this time, we are not partnered with a seamstress. We can recommend other local businesses for your alteration needs.
